Perhaps:

Ná bí ag caoineadh. "Don't cry" literally "Don't be crying".

Mo ghrá thú ! "I love you!" literally "You are my love".

I know this probably needs explanation for proper translastion: it would be a response to the question "How do you feel?" and would indicate the speaker is in a fair amount of pain.
