Have a thread with a phrase of the day that people contribute and then Breandán could put a box on the style sheet that displays it beside the Irish learner Forum along with the phonitics and english translation underneath ???

(its just a idea no idea if it is possible to do)

The only problem is, unless it's a stock phrase that we've vetted, it could raise a lot of contention re dialect and such. But it might be doable, if Breandán has the time.

I think it would be cool to have phrases in different dialects.
Conamara one day, Donegal the next etc.

I agree with Breandán to have a thread with the phrase alone, and to discuss which phrase we will choose in this thread.
