Hi,

My dictionary says 'ragh-' is Munster for 'gabh' but what do they mean with the hyphen? How is it used?

It means that they use the root ragh- for future and conditional instead of rach- (that's used in the other dialects):
raghad
raghair
raghaidh sé
raghaimíd....

raghainn
raghfá...

Ceart go leor, meaning "will/would go" then.
