I have heard a word and it seems like it be may be used in Conamara mostly. It sounds to me like "a stoí" but I haven't been able to find it in any dictionary. I think it means probably/suppose. Seems like another version of "is dócha". Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

"Is dóigh." Pretty much equivalent to "is dócha."

That's right. But in Conamara we pronounce it like " 'sdó_í".

It is recommended that you always wait for three to agree on a translation.
I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.
